Young People & Climate Breakdown, Wednesday March 13th, 7.30pm

Join us on Wednesday March 13th as we consider young people & climate change, especially in the light of the recent regular school strikes for climate. Using short films we will consider reactions to these strikes; the role of young leaders such as Greta Thunberg; how climate change is explained in schools; and how school students can take a greater part in determining what and how they learn about climate change. Please spread the news of this meeting among any young people you know and meet. We hope that parents, grandparents and educators may like to encourage their young people to come along. We’d particularly like to hear their views as the global school strike approaches on March 15th
